Directions
From the Northeast or East.
Take Route 16 to Route 28 South in Ossipee. Turn right just before the Ocean State Job Lots / Hannaford Brothers shopping center in Ossipee onto Route 28 South. Travel 1 ½ miles to the four-way intersection of Routes 28 and 171. At the intersection, turn left into Ossipee Village & Courthouse Square. As you approach the square, you will see an expanded white cape cod with a green metal roof on the left, which is our building, 15 Courthouse Square.
From the Northwest or West.
Take Route 25 East to Route 171 East in Moultonboro. Turn right onto Route 171 about 1 mile after passing through Moultonboro center. Travel about 16 miles to the four-way intersection of Routes 28 and 171. At the intersection, drive straight ahead into Ossipee Village & Courthouse Square. As you approach the square, you will see an expanded white cape cod with a green metal roof on your left, which is our building, 15 Courthouse Square.
From the South or Southwest.
From the Seacoast area, take US Route 95 North to the Spaulding Turnpike North through Portsmouth, Dover and Rochester. North of Rochester, the Spaulding Turnpike turns into Route 16 North. (Do not turn off onto Old Route 16). Remain on Route 16 North for about 25 minutes. In Ossipee, turn left a short distance after Bay Street Discount onto Route 171 (Old Granite Road). Travel about 1 ½ miles into Ossipee Village & Courthouse Square. In the square, you will see the red brick former Superior Courthouse with white pillars on your left. Just after that on your right, immediately after the Congregational Church, you will see an expanded white cape cod with a green metal roof on the left, which is our building, 15 Courthouse Square.
From Manchester Airport.
Take a right out of the Brown Avenue airport exit to US Route 293/93 North to Concord (about a 20 minute drive). When passing through Concord on 93 North, take Exit 15E to US Route 393 East to Route 4 East, which will lead to the Epsom traffic circle. (See below, from Epson circle).
From Nashua.
Take F.E. Everett Turnpike / Route 3 North to US Route 293/93 North to Concord (about a 25 minute drive). When passing through Concord on 93 North, take Exit 15E to US Route 393 East to Route 4 East, which will lead to the Epsom traffic circle. (See below, from Epson circle).
From Keene area. Take Routes 9 & 202 North to Concord, NH. Take Route 4 East, which will lead to the Epsom traffic circle (about an hour and a half drive). (See below, from Epson circle).
From the Epsom traffic circle. Take Route 28 North and follow it all the way to Wolfeboro (about a 40 minute drive). After passing through the Brewster Academy campus in Wolfeboro, take a right at the Civil War Monument, remaining on Route 28. Travel about 9 miles on Route 28 to a four-way intersection of Routes 28 and 171. At the intersection, turn right into Ossipee Village & Courthouse Square. As you approach the square, you will see an expanded white cape cod with a green metal roof on your left which is our building, 15 Courthouse Square.
